Pastoral Manager job summary

About the Role

As a Pastoral Manager you will work with the appropriate Assistant Headteacher to manage all aspects of the Pastoral care of all the students within a year group including welfare, behaviour and attendance.

About You

The successful candidate will have experience of working in an educational setting with students with challenging behaviour. Candidates will also have good GCSEs (Grade C or equivalent) in English and Maths

and will have the ability to communicate to a wide variety of audiences, including large groups of students, parents and Headteacher
