We are seeking a dedicated pastoral manager to support young people based in our settings. The post holder will be the first point of contact for pastoral support to students.

  • Support the drive for excellent academic results by ensuring pupils needing intervention receive support, encouragement and guidance as appropriate and necessary to raise individual pupil achievement and aspirations.
  • Demonstrate and articulate high expectations and set stretching targets for the whole AP community.
