Pastoral Manager job summary
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of student support through the management of Senior Progress Tutors. You will lead the Senior Progress Tutors to develop their knowledge, skills and confidence to deliver first-class support to our students, challenging any underperformance within the team. You will also support the Senior Leadership Team in decisions surrounding course changes and withdrawals. You will also be instrumental in supporting our students directly by acting as Progress Tutor to your own cohort of students.
We are looking for a flexible and action-orientated individual with previous experience in a school/college environment, providing support to students. The successful candidate will be committed to the role and have the ability to motivate, challenge and lead a team of Progress Tutors.
