We are looking for someone who;
- Has a positive ‘can do attitude’ and is able to set clear, firm expectations for behaviour
- Has excellent literacy (both written and verbal), numeracy and ICT skills
- Is able to establish relationships with children (and adults) and encourage independence
- Is a nurturing, calm and forward looking individual
- Is able to work as a member of a team and under own initiative to support the wellbeing of all pupils
- Has experience of leading behaviour interventions either with small groups or personalised programs.
- Experience of working as part of a safeguarding team is desirable but not essential.
