Hours of work: 37 hours per week, 38 weeks only plus 5 Inset Days
Working Pattern:. Monday - Thursday 8.20 am - 4.20 pm; Friday 8.20 am - 3.50 pm

We are seeking to recruit an energetic and passionate individual to join our small secondary school as a lead member of our pastoral team, working closely with the Assistant Headteacher and Heads of Year to support the personal development and well-being of our students. This role involves working closely with staff, students, parents, carers and other agencies to promote student progress and attendance. The ideal candidate will have experience of working with children from a range of backgrounds and be able to manage competing priorities and deadlines with a flexible approach.
