What skills and experience we're looking for
Required as soon as possible, a Pastoral Mentor whose duties include facilitating the exceptional progress and supporting the well-being of any individual or group of students; providing guidance and advice to students on educational and social matters and to support individual students through a mentoring programme. The post will require excellent communication with staff, professionals and parents to support student engagement, progress and attendance. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team of pastoral mentors, working with the Head of Year to support students overcome challenges. This post also requires supporting students in the Ashmole Learning Hub as well as general cover supervision and some clerical and administrative tasks.
