What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint a compassionate, positive and self-motivated Pastoral Mentor to work within the school’s established and effective Safeguarding Team.
The successful applicant will take a key role in identifying and addressing the needs of pupils who require help in overcoming barriers to learning. The role involves supporting and enabling pupils to access and maintain their education and develop personal and social skills such that they can realise their own positive potential. The postholder will promote high expectations, high standards and a positive culture and ethos that praises and celebrates all aspects of pupil achievement.
