What skills and experience we're looking for

The Forest View Academy are seeking to appoint a Pastoral & Safeguarding Lead (Maternity Cover) to join their friendly and dedicated team. The successful applicant will be required to provide focussed family support to families with complex needs. In addition, they will need to monitor and improve attendance, manage safeguarding as a designated lead and work alongside staff in school on PSED. Excellent communication and organisational skills will be required, along with the ability to develop positive working relationships and contribute to the wider life of the school. The role involves daily contact with children, parents and colleagues from a range of agencies.
