Pastoral Support Assistant job summary
To be successful in this role you will need to be energetic, enthusiastic and determined to support a range of students within our academy.
You will be joining a team passionate about our students and the high expectations needed for our students to flourish.
Some aspects of the role are as follows:
- Supporting Head or Year and SLT with student issues
- Supporting student supervision during breaks, lunches and transitions
- Investigating and dealing with behaviour incidents
- Working as part of a team to promote school policies, behaviour, rewards, attendance and punctuality
