Pastoral Support Assistant job summary

Helston Community College, part of the Southerly Point Co-operative Multi-Academy Trust, are looking for an enthusiastic and motivate person to support the work of our Pastoral Team.  This is an exciting opportunity for you to support and promote an inclusive culture through the College, enabling all children to achieve their best, overcoming barriers to learning and participation.

The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and organisational skills.  You will be experience in providing support to young people and have the ability to motivate and inspire by being a positive role model and displaying resilience when dealing with difficult situations and challenging cases.

The role is for 37 hours per week / Term Time incl. INSETs
