Pastoral Support Assistant - Attendance job summary
Working as part of the Pastoral Team, this role will be responsible for identifying and resolving attendance issues.
A part-time term-time only role, the successful applicant will work on a Tuesday and Friday to ensure that students with under 93% attendance, improve attendance in order to reach their potential and complete their courses successfully.

S6C is a vibrant, fun and inspirational centre of excellence where a passion for new technologies permeates all aspects of college life.
In September 2014, S6C opened its doors to the young people of Salisbury and surrounding areas. Prior to this, 40% of students seeking an A level education had to travel out of Wiltshire. We currently have over 330 on roll to 350+ next year.
In August 2018, we joined the Magna Learning Partnership, a multi-academy trust which comprises of a number of our feeder schools. We are working across the MAT, with the aim that over 50% of the young people leaving year 11 will remain within the MLP family for their post-16 education.
