You will set boundaries and routines and respond to the children’s needs if the class teacher or 1:1 LSA is needing support.

The ideal candidate will be someone able to demonstrate a passion for creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all members of our school community and who aligns with our trust-wide values by bringing a positive, collaborative approach to their work and a willingness to continuously develop professionally.
