Pastoral Support Assistant job summary

We wish to appoint an enthusiastic person, with the skills and ability to provide administrative and clerical support relating to the Pastoral team within school. We are looking for a Pastoral Support Assistant who will:

  • Be the first point of contact for students and parents with pastoral questions or concerns
  • Support the administration and smooth running of events in school
  • Provide administrative support to the Pastoral team
  • Model commitment, resilience, patience, hard work and a good sense of humour.

The successful candidate will fully embrace our ethos of ‘Belong, Believe Achieve’ whilst bringing fresh ideas that will build on current strengths and achievements.
