The Trinity Catholic School have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed, hardworking and resilient Pastoral Support Assistant to join our friendly school.
Working as a Pastoral Assistant you will be working with the Inclusion Coordinator, Mental Health Lead, SENCO and Heads of Year to assist with day to day pastoral support. You would act as a key worker for identified students as well as devise and deliver interventions to support students with social, emotional, behaviour and/or mental health needs.

We are part of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust, bringing together the 36 Catholic Primary and Secondary schools in Lincolnshire, Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire.
This is a permanent role starting in September 2024. You will be working for32.5 hours per week, term time only.
Although the role is advertised as full time, we are happy to consider job share and flexible working for the right candidates.
You will:
- Support the development and welfare of students by helping overcome individual barriers to learning.
- Have a high presence around the Academy providing a service that compliments students education and creates positive impacts in their outcomes.
- Have positive relationships with key stakeholders, especially parents.
- Work within a supportive and proactive pastoral team.

The Trinity Catholic School serves the children and families of the City of Nottingham and its surrounding areas. Situated in Aspley on a split site in the East of the city, we work with the parishes of St Teresas of Lisieux in Aspley, St Augustine’s in St Anns, Our Lady of Perpetual Succour in Bulwell and St Mary’s in Hyson Green.
