Pastoral Support Coordinator job summary
The Howard School is seeking to appoint a highly effective Pastoral Support Coordinator, to start from September 2025.

We have an ambitious vision for our school driven by our excellent team to ensure our students experience Outstanding practice. In line with this, we are looking for a candidate who can regularly deliver support to these standards.
This is a full time, fixed term role, Term Time +1 week, paid on the NJC pay scale C1 points 6-19 (FTE £25,183 - £31,067 - actual salary calculated on a pro rata basis which equates to £21,660 - £26,721 per annum).
The working pattern will consist of 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with a 30-minute unpaid break each day. This is a fixed term position for one academic year.
