You will play a key role in safeguarding, coordinating support plans and promoting a safe, inclusive environment where all students can thrive.

You are likely to have gained strong behaviour management skills and experience of multi-agency working through your career or personal experience. You will be able to bring us empathy, resilience and a calm, solution-focused approach. You will have practical skills in supporting young people, building relationships with parents and professionals, applying learning support techniques, and managing databases and administrative tasks.

This role will assist the Head of Year (HoY) in delivering excellent academic support and pastoral care for all pupils and will be primarily supporting Y9 students for the 25/26 academic year. (Year group may change in September.)
