Pastoral Support Manager job summary
We are seeking to appoint a Pastoral Support Manager to join our team as soon as possible. The role is a key post within Priestlands, working closely with the Head of Year and tutor team to provide pastoral support to our students and enabling them to achieve their full potential.
The essential qualities required are someone who enjoys a good rapport with students as well as the desire to help them succeed. The workload is varied and rewarding, but to flourish in this position you must have excellent communication skills and be extremely organised. A good sense of humour will help!

The post is for a total of 29.5 hours per week for 39 working weeks per year (term time only), but you will be paid for 44.60 weeks of the year to include holiday pay.

You will be required to provide appropriate evidence of identity and qualifications to support other pre-employment checks which will be undertaken on the successful candidate for this role, including: your right to work in the UK, a confidential health declaration, an online search of your name in line with government guidance on Keeping Children Safe in Education, and a DBS application.
