We are looking for an individual who has experience of working with children with ESBD (Emotional, Challenging and Behavioural difficulties) and who has previous experience within youth setting or secondary school settings.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Pastoral Team as a Pastoral Support Officer. Each day you will provide support and supervision of students with Emotional, Behavioural Learning Difficulties where identified as a need.
The working hours are from 8:30AM AND 4:30AM Monday to Friday during the school term, with a 4:00PM finish on Fridays. You will also be paid for an additional 6 days per year, which enables you to attend team meetings, training and development that sits outside your normal working hours. Your actual salary is £20,769.09 per annum per annum, and this is paid in 12 equal instalments over the year so even when it is the summer holidays, you continue to receive the same payment that month. Pastoral is at the centre of everything we do at South Hunsley school and Sixth Form College. You will work as part of our friendly, dedicated Pastoral team supporting the Director of Student Support and line managers to implement and supervise individualised work programmes for vulnerable students or on a personalised programme of support, at school, at college or alternative providers.
