Are you good at managing, supporting and motivating a large group of boys? Yes, then we have the right job for you!
Previous experience of a busy school, directly supporting and developing the pastoral needs of pupils is essential. Good communication skills are vital as is the ability to work as part of a team and to remain calm in stressful situations. The person must be able to maintain full confidentiality. The post will be subject to a satisfactory Enhanced DBS Disclosure.
About the Role
Duties will be varied and candidates will be committed to the safeguarding and welfare of our children. The person appointed would be overall responsible for pastoral support in a one year group, working within a wider team of pastoral officers, supported by a Senior Pastoral Leader.
