What skills and experience we're looking for

  • Level 3 or equivalent qualifications and GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English. 
  • Proven ability to establish positive relationships and work effectively with young people. 
  • Competent in use of IT; able to use a range of applications. 
  • Excellent communication skills – communicating effectively, orally and in writing with staff, students, parents, governors, external agencies and the wider community. 
  • Personal impact and presence; setting high standards for themselves and others.  
  • An ability to manage own time effectively; prioritise, plan and organise work whilst in a busy environment.
