We have an exciting opportunity to join our academy as a Pastoral Worker to support the academy in improving attendance.. The focus of the role would be to carry out home visits to ascertain why children are not in school and to work with the child and the family to improve their attendance. If you can make a difference to children’s lives and want to be part of an academy that is on an exciting journey we would love to hear from you.
The successful candidate needs to be extremely well organised, have the ability to plan and prioritise work..
