Pastoral Support Worker job summary
Rodillian Academy seeks an inspiring Pastoral Support Worker to join our very effective, dedicated and successful team. The suitable candidate will have relevant experience of working with students to promote good behaviour and consistent attendance. You will have a sound understanding of how to promote a growth mind-set in our students to help them become resilient learners who realise their full potential through the application of our dynamic Positive Discipline Policy. You will also hold a full, clean driving license and be prepared to drive the school minibus if required.
The Rodillian Academy is the flagship school of The Rodillian Multi Academy Trust. We are housed in a £27 million building which opened in 2008 with state of the art technologies across all departments. In figures published in January 2018, the Rodillian Academy was ranked with the highest Progress 8 score in Leeds.
