We are seeking to appoint a Pastoral Support Worker and Early Intervention Officer to join our Academy. This role is an exciting opportunity in an expanding academy.

You will be responsible for providing support for the school team, taking prompt direct action on pastoral issues, liaising with the school team and the Vice Principal with responsibility for pastoral care.

You will have responsibility to address referrals as they arise, follow up cases referred to you and support the school team with various aspects of their role including liaising with outside agencies.

You will also deliver a programme of intervention and support with partners to focus on activities in school, and ensure data is used to support activities. This will assist in improved wellbeing and reduced levels of risk. This intervention will be available to families across the whole year, not just during the school year.
