Pastoral Support Worker job summary

We are looking to appoint a Pastoral Support Worker to enable all students to engage in education by providing support around student welfare and behaviour and attendance issues.

This will involve working in accordance with guidance given by the class teacher and/or senior staff to support access to learning for pupils and provide general support to the teacher in the management of pupils and provide pastoral support to the pupils.

Whilst a Thrive qualification would be preferable, training will be given for the right person.
