role is essential for our school as we support our pupils to manage the
challenges of Covid and the impact it has had on their education.
The correct candidate will be flexible and prepared to
work across school, sometimes directed to work with specific individuals,
groups of year groups. They will be supported to develop skills to lead with
interventions, restorative practice and to work with other agencies. The role
will require you to work with pupils with complex emotions so will need an
individual determined to put the pupils first and enjoy the reward that
will understand the importance of communicating with other professionals and
also the families of pupils.. You’ll do
all this whilst capturing the spirit of our vision and values and whilst
role-modelling exceptional professional behaviours.
