Pastoral Support Worker job summary
We are looking for a Pastoral Support Worker who:
* Is committed to our school ethos and values
* Is highly skilled, creative and conscientious
* Has an extensive knowledge of child development and inclusion
* Has a high level of understanding in therapeutic activities
* Is highly experience in working with children with emotional and behavioural difficulties
* Is nurturing and supportive
* Can plan for and deliver target interventions to support pupil wellbeing and mental health.
