Pastoral Support Worker job summary
We are looking for someone with a desire to support our Academy in ensuring our pupils reach their potential. You will be dynamic, resilient and motivated with a willingness to uphold our high expectations to secure ‘Outstanding Achievement for All’.
We are recruiting for a Pastoral Support Worker and are seeking experienced practitioners who are hardworking, self-motivated and adaptable. You will have:
current experience of working with children in school and be able to promote an excellent desire for learning
excellent communication skills
a sense of humour and be resilient
be committed to your own professional development and participate fully in the life of the school and community.
