Pastoral Support Worker job summary

We are seeking to appoint a Pastoral Support Worker to support within our House System at Passmores. The role will work across two of our houses to help to remove barriers to learning for some young people.

The ideal candidate will be empathetic and be able to engage with young people who might be struggling to cope in an educational setting. The role will require initiative, energy and patience. A background in youth work, behaviour and dealing with teenagers would be beneficial. The ability to build positive relationships with our young people, staff and families is key to this post.
