Pastoral Support Worker job summary
We are seeking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic Pastoral Support Worker to join our team. In the role you will be linked to a specific year group and work closely with the Head of Year to manage everything related to that year group, including liaising with parents, carers and outside agencies. Ideally, you will have experience of working with secondary school age children and familiar with the issues of growing up in today's world. Ultimately, our aim is to ensure our students are given every opportunity to become the best versions of themselves and gain as much as possible from their education.
