Pastoral Support Worker job summary

Thank you for your interest in the role of a Pastoral Support Worker at The Milton Keynes Academy.

We are seeking to appoint an empathetic and motivated individual to join our highly effective and experienced team.

This role requires an enthusiastic, dedicated and resilient Pastoral Support Worker to support our young people to ensure that, whatever their starting point, they make good progress. You must be passionate about supporting and developing pupils with Special Educational Needs and demonstrate a natural ability to build positive relationships.

We are based in central Milton Keynes, an area that continues to grow and thrive at a rapid rate. The Milton Keynes Academy joined Creative Education Trust in September 2018. This has enabled the school to continue its rigorous pursuit of rapid improvement for the children it teaches.
