What the school offers its staff

Grange Farm are looking to appoint a confident, trustworthy and motivated Pastoral Teaching Assistant to add to the team of enthusiastic and committed teaching staff we have at our friendly and successful school. The successful candidate will work alongside our SENDCo and Learning Mentor to deliver support across the school.

Strong relationships between staff and children ensures that children are happy attending Grange Farm. This is evident in the exemplary behaviour that children show. Visitors often comment about the family feel and friendly vibe around school. In our recent Ofsted visit, it was commented that ’The school’s values of ‘respect, responsibility and resilience’ are well embedded and are lived out in how pupils behave towards each other.’
