What skills and experience we're looking for

A Pastoral Year Leader works collaboratively with the Academic Year Leader, Head of Year, DSL, SENDCo, Teachers and Heads of Department to ensure effective teaching strategies are employed for all students in the year group. You will be the engine that drives the day-to-day implementation of these strategies. This may involve targeted interventions for students on alternative pathways and have an Individual Alternative Education Plan.
