What skills and experience we're looking for

Shoeburyness High School is seeking to appoint a Pastoral Year Manager: experience of working with young people, parents, guardians, staff, governors and outside agencies is preferred. The successful candidate will be assertive, confident, well organised, and able to work on their own initiative with excellent interpersonal skills.
