We have an exciting opportunity for a school based Pathfinder to join an E-ACT academy. We have a brand new building and there’s a real buzz about our academy and the progress that our pupils make.

By helping our staff teamto develop within the profession, we know that we are also helping our pupils to develop into leaders of the future.

  • The purpose of this role is to work in partnership with other professionals to provide early help support for our children and their families.
  • Support pupils in social and emotional well-being, reporting problems to the teacher as appropriate. To achieve good outcomes for children and families through co-ordination and delivery of work within school.
  • To deliver evidence based interventions to positively effect change that safeguards and promotes the welfare of children and young people.
  • Establish constructive relationships with pupils and interact with them according to individual needs.
  • Understand and support independent learning and inclusion of all pupils as required.

Salary details:

SCP 9-13 £18,622 - £20,158

(FTE £21,269 - £23,023)

37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year.
