Pathway Leader Key Stage 3 job summary

The Pathway Leader for KS3 will be responsible for the pastoral care of all students in KS3 Scaffold Pathway, as well as continuing the development of Middle Leadership at the school.

We are looking for an outstanding practitioner who can deliver effective leadership and management within our KS3 Teaching team. The successful candidate will want to build upon the department’s achievements to date, to ensure that all students develop personally and make excellent progress. We hope the successful candidate is dedicated to the welfare, safeguarding and achievement of every child; and wants to make a difference.
