What skills and experience we're looking for

Learning without Limits is a Trust with high ambitions for its learners and we are excited to be appointing to a brand-new role of Trust Payroll, HR and Administration Officer to help us on our journey and to strengthen our services offer to our Academies.

To be successful in this post you will bring with you a proven track record of accurate and timely payroll administration and have a high level of emotional intelligence and professional curiosity to provide our staff with exemplary HR and Administration support.

You will be based at our central office located at Lancaster Academy with a requirement to travel to all Academies within the Trust, working onsite, as required. An integral part of our central team you will be working alongside a variety of people in a fast paced but supportive environment and will demonstrate a willingness to go over and above in support of your colleagues.

You will:

Have strong IT skills and confidence to use cloud-based software systems efficiently and effectively

Be driven to deliver support through exceptional customer service

Be solution focused and proactive; willing to seek out new ways of working

Have the ability to support staff with HR matters whilst sensitively applying policy and procedures
