Payroll and Pensions Manager job summary
GLF Schools is seeking an experienced Payroll and Pensions Manager to bring expertise to its central team.
Your opportunity
You will oversee all aspects of payroll and pensions across the Trust, working closely with our external payroll provider and supporting our payroll administrators. You will provide training and guidance for all colleagues involved in the payroll process, to ensure timely, accurate and compliant processes. Working as part of our People team, you will be supported to develop your knowledge of local government and teachers' pensions schemes to enable you to provide proactive advice to the team with regard to these and you will have the opportunity to engage with professional development opportunities to further develop your expertise.
This is a part time role of 21 hours per week which can be worked over 3 or 4 days and can be a mix of working in the Trust’s Head Office in Banstead and remotely from home.
