What skills and experience we're looking for
- Experience of working within a busy payroll and pensions team, with multiple terms and conditions and defined benefit pension schemes.
- Proven experience in the education sector.
- A strong understanding of manual and computerised payroll systems and principles.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to build robust systems and processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work within teams and across boundaries, sharing knowledge and achieving results.
- Commitment to the Trust's values and acting with respect, fairness, and integrity in all interactions.
- Ability to manage relationships effectively to achieve the best outcomes for the Trust.
