What skills and experience we're looking for

The headteacher and senior leadership team are looking to appoint a teacher to teach PE across the school to all year groups. We are looking for a teacher, who is a specialist in PE, to be able to teach PE skills to all classes from EYFS to Year 6. We welcome applications from experienced teachers, as well as unqualified teachers. Key Responsibilities:

  • To teach PE to all designated classes, including all aspects of planning and assessment.
  • To lead PE across the school and raise the profile and quality of physical education within the school and community.
  • To use sport to develop and mentor young people in a positive way, including organising extra-curricular events and clubs.
