What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidate will be passionate about education for all students regardless of background, as well as an experienced teacher with excellent subject knowledge and a thorough understanding of the current curriculum or an early careers teacher with enthusiasm and a passion to learn. Candidates will need to evidence a committed approach to ensuring that all pupils under their care, regardless of ability, have the opportunity to make excellent progress.
