We are delighted to offer a new and truly exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic HR professional with a passion for supporting people and improving outcomes in the education sector. As People and Talent Administrator, you will join our high-performing Trust Central Team, providing an exceptional HR service to schools and colleagues across Batley Multi Academy Trust.
This is a hands-on, varied, and fast-paced generalist HR role, ideal for someone with experience in a similar HR Administrator position who is ready to take on a new challenge. You will work closely with the Director of People and Talent and the People and Talent Advisor, and provide support to the CEO and wider Central Team.
In this busy and rewarding role, you will:
Deliver a proactive and professional HR service across all areas of the Trust.
Manage a wide range of HR administrative tasks with accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Respond efficiently to queries and provide excellent support to all colleagues and stakeholders.
Help maintain and improve HR systems and processes.
Contribute to Trust-wide projects and initiatives that enhance our employee experience.
You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. Strong organisation and prioritisation skills are essential, as is the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
We are looking for someone who:
Has previous experience in a busy HR administrative role.
Communicates clearly and confidently with a wide range of stakeholders.
Is comfortable using HR systems and digital tools (experience with Google Drive is an advantage).
Brings a flexible, can-do attitude to their work.
