Grade F (SCP 12-17)

Full Time - 37 hours per week, Full year – 52 weeks per year (negotiable), Maternity Cover

We are looking for a dynamic, passionate and dedicated People Coordinator to join our team and support the Senior People Partner in delivering an exceptional HR service.

The People Coordinator will provide a comprehensive People Advisory Service, covering all aspects of the employee lifecycle. This role focuses on HR administration, system management, and optimisation, ensuring compliance with People policies and procedures, while supporting payroll processes, training and development, and recruitment activities. The People Coordinator will act as a key contact for HR-related inquiries and deliver excellent HR services to both leaders and employees.

Skills & Experience   

  • GCSE passes (including grade 4 or above in English and Maths or equivalent)

  • Qualified or working towards Level 3 or equivalent in Human Resources Management

  • Demonstrable commitment to own professional development and willingness to learn and become familiar with a range or HR business functions

  • Demonstrable experience in providing professional HR advice in a range of employment matters (e.g. sickness absence, performance management, pay, employee relations) preferably within a complex and fast-paced environment.

  • Practical experience working with HR, finance or payroll systems and procedures

  • Excellent IT skills, including MS 365

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively to a variety of audiences
