We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, positive, and inspirational leader with a “can do” attitude who has a drive to move our outstanding school forward.
As our People & Operations Lead you will be working in our school team where people are valued and treated with respect. You will be given lots of opportunities for professional development and growth and able to make a difference and impact to the school.
This role is full time and all year round with some flexibility regarding working arrangements for the successful candidate.
You will be a highly motivated individual who is well organised and efficient. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to demonstrate forward thinking. You will be able to work calmly under pressure and will possess a high level of resilience. You will be a quick thinker and excellent problem solver. You will be solutions driven and able to use your initiative. You will have the personality, drive and energy to motivate and support everyone within our school team.
You will have a clear understanding of Safeguarding and the role of a senior leader in this process.

Castle Wood is an outstanding special school. We have 160 primary aged pupils with a broad spectrum of need - PMLD, SLD, ASD, social and communication difficulties and some complex behaviour challenges.
