Job Title: Performance and Data Analytics Manager

Location: Thomas Clarkson Academy

Salary: Grade 9, : FTE £39,400 - £41,400 (Actual £36,452 - £38,302)

Hours: 37 hours per week, 42 weeks per year (We are willing to explore flexible working options for the right candidate)

The Performance and Data Analytics Manager will be accountable to the Principal, and will take a lead role in providing high quality, timely, and accurate management information at the school through collating, analysing, and disseminating data and information from a range of diverse sources to inform, influence and shape the school’s development priorities.

Working alongside the Senior Leadership Team, the ideal candidate will have significant experience of data analytics, and collating and reporting information for a range of external and internal partners. In addition, the post holder must be able to demonstrate how they have used performance data to contribute to improving a range of outcomes within an educational setting. Experience of leading and delivering change projects would be an advantage.

This role is 42 working weeks per year.
