What skills and experience we're looking for
QUALIFICATIONS:
● Music Degree or Equivalent
● Music qualification at grade 8 or above in the relevant discipline
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
● Experience of working with secondary school aged students and/or primary school aged pupils
● Basic knowledge of a variety of ICT applications
● Basic experience of data input and manipulation
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
● Excellent organisational and time management skills
● Ability to plan and implement systems to maximise use
● Ability to lead and motivate students
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
OTHER:
● Commitment to equality of opportunity

● To be available outside working hours occasionally for special events such as our school concerts just before
Christmas and the end of the summer term, as well as the Lambeth Music Festival and other external
performances throughout the year
