Job description

Casual – Supply Teaching Contract (This could lead to a fixed term or permanent contract)
We currently have vacancies for secondary trained teachers with the ability to teach general subjects including English, Maths and Science up to GCSE. You will work individually with young people in their homes, community centres or within Cranbury College units. You may also work with small groups of pupils in Cranbury College. Your work will be varied, diverse and rewarding.

Qualified teacher status

Experience of teaching/supporting pupils with complex need

Essential skills and experience

Knowledge of the range of difficulties experienced by pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs

Knowledge of the range of difficulties approaches and strategies which might be appropriate to pupils with such difficulties

Knowledge and understanding of the factors which can influence behaviour and which will need to be addressed in a successful programme for an individual pupil

Knowledge and experience of teaching curriculum core subjects
