What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team. The successful candidate will be passionate about children, a highly-motivated, reliable, committed and confident practitioner, who will plan and deliver lessons across the school, working with class teachers to raise the learning and attainment of pupils. They will have excellent numeracy, literacy and communication skills, and promote the highest expectations for behaviour.

We are looking for a new team member who supports the Catholic ethos and vision of our school and is an exemplary role model for all pupils. The successful candidate will ideally have HLTA experience and has a proven record of working with pupils in a primary classroom setting. The role will be a mix of whole class supervision and working with groups and individual pupils.
