What skills and experience we're looking for
The Governors of Trinity School wish to permanently appoint an experienced teacher to undertake an ongoing sustained additional responsibility within the School.
Candidates must have a deep commitment to ensuring that the standards of provision at Trinity School are maintained and developed in response to our commitment to provide the children and their families the best service possible.
The successful candidate will have some experience of middle/senior management and will take a leading role in the team in raising standards, supporting improvements and helping colleagues to improve their effectiveness.
TLR1 appointment will be to the whole School and not a particular phase. Therefore, moving forward the successful candidate should expect to be part of the management team in one of three phases of the school and be a member of the whole school improvement team.
