Personal Assistant to Head of School & CEO

Based at Hazeley Academy

To commence ASAP

Permanent

Salary: Grade 6 £27,344-£31,099, Actual £22,691-£25,808

37 hrs per week term time plus training days plus 1 week (40 weeks per year)

Mon – Thurs 8.30am - 4.30pm and Fri 8.30am - 4.00pm with a half hour unpaid break

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly efficient, organised and experienced Personal Assistant to join the 5 Dimensions Trust, supporting the Head of School at Hazeley and the CEO for the Trust. With excellent written and verbal communication skills, our ideal candidate will be comfortable working with colleagues and partners at all levels, exercising tact, diplomacy and confidentiality where appropriate.

· Be a proficient IT user with the ability to work efficiently with a high degree of accuracy.

· Be highly organised, professional and resourceful .

· Have excellent communication skills that allows you to inform, coach and advise others.

· Want tomakea differenceto thechildren ino ur care.
