Jane Austen College
Jane Austen College is a thriving academic and inclusive school in the heart of Norwich. We are looking for an experienced PA to provide confidential and efficient support to the Head of School and to manage and delegate appropriately, the day to day activities of the front office. This is a chance to be part of a team who are ambitious, hard-working and collaborative.
You will support the Head of School to ensure the school’s services are delivered to a high and professional standard. You will be responsible for all aspects of support for the Head of School including diary management, preparing documents, event and meetings management, communications, dealing with visitors, and management of filing systems. You will be required to manage a small admin team and a caretaker.
This is an exciting, challenging role for someone looking to work in a fast-paced and progressive environment. You will have experience in a PA role, excellent communication and organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent IT skills.
